"All he ever wanted to do was make his music and find the right person to share it with.
Turns out he was a very lucky man on both counts. There was a story in every song he wrote,
a reason for every note he played, a loyalty to every friend he had. Larger than life onstage,
calmer than mellow off, he had a true rock and roll heart that belonged to Fender, Harley and Rainbow.
The only thing that makes it a bit easier to miss him now that he's gone is
realizing how lucky we were to know him when he was here. "
